GREEN WITH ENVY

Green has always been my sister’s favorite color and one that I’ve passed up for girlier hues like pink and coral. I finally realized the wrong of my ways after spotting this envy inducing Proenza Schouler bag.  To make up for lost time, I’ve pulled together a few green pieces I’d love to acquire. This grecian style Vivienne Westwood dress brings to mind the glamorous Hollywood starlets of the 1950s. I’d be happy to own Kendra Scott’s Carly Studs in any color, but the emerald green is particularly stunning. A set of LA Plates has been on my wish list for the longest time but I’ve never been able to decide on the pattern and color. After seeing this navy/green combo I think I know which way I’m leaning!

What do you think? Will you be “going green” this spring?

  1. this bag is heaven!

my eyes always turn to green, in a store, on the street, in a home. in fact, i found out recently that i must purchase items of clothing and home decor that is NOT green, but compliments the color well.

i vow to try my darnedest not to buy anything green until summer.

  2. I love green. I’m not a pink type of a girl and I have always opted for green. I will def be going green this spring. Can’t wait! (However, I’m not sure how those spring greens look one me. I’m more of Kelly green girl).

  3. Love your picks, and love green such a refreshing color! I’m actually going green this winter, I always feel like come January I need to give up on the holiday colors but this year I am in the mood for a bit of evergreen in my wardrobe to get me through to spring.

  4. I adore those earrings!!! I’ve been looking for a similar pair, and these just made my ever growing wish list!! The dangle ones are quite wonderful as well. Thanks for the ispiration!
