The past week has been a rough one. Between work craziness and a sick pup that needed emergency surgery, things got a little overwhelming. This week, I’m thankful to have a pup that’s on the mend (cone of shame included) and am focusing on getting re-organized and tackling my to-do list one step at a time.
Since I’ve had dogs on the brain, I thought it was only appropriate to re-visit some photos from Dogs in Vogue: A Century of Canine Chic which I’ve posted about before. I would love to re-create that first photo but with a pile of golden retriever puppies– yes, I am a crazy dog person!

Poor pup! Sending get well wishes his way
Thank you!
So sorry to hear about your pup! Sending my prayers his way. On a side note, as a corgi owner, I can’t help by die over the first pic you posted! So cute!
Isn’t it adorable? I would be so happy!
Aww hope your pooch feels better soon!
Thank you! He’s already doing much better! Just a little embarrassed about his cone

I hope your pup feels better! I’m definitely going to have to get my hands on Dogs in Vogue…these pictures are so fun.
I am a crazy dog person, too! But I think anyone who isn’t crazy about dogs is just plain crazy! I definitely need to check out this book- I have never heard of it!

There is nothing worse than a sick pup! I just wish they could talk and tell you what’s wrong when they feel bad like that. Love all of the photos…nothing better than companionship!
May your pup be on the mend to full recovery.
Happy to hear your pup is feeling better! For an extra smile, I found this adorable Corgi embroidered piece on Etsy this week (http://www.etsy.com/listing/94870182/today-i-will-be-happier-than-a-corgi-on) Isn’t it great?!
