Sister Parish is one of the original grande-dames of decorating. Hired by Jackie Kennedy to decorate the Kennedy White House, and later founding Parish-Hadley with legendary interior designer,Albert Hadley, her career was certainly iconic.
I was thrilled to stumble upon Sister Parish Design and see that Parish’s granddaughter, Susan Bartlett Crater, and her last apprentice, Libby Cameron, have resurrected the classic fabrics and wallpaper that Parish was known for. It’s amazing how fresh and current they feel. Further proof that classic design never goes out of style!

Really love that pillow!
LOVE this post! Thanks for sharing. Did you see that J.Crew ripped them off recently? Pencil cup fabric is used as a bathing suit. Tisk Tisk!
xx
Totally saw that! The worst of it is that they’re trying to call it an ‘ikat’!
