Last night I spent some time doing a little virtual housekeeping. Remember the pre-pinterest days where we actually bookmarked things? Anyway, I ended up reacquainting myself with Paul Costello’s website and spent at least an hour mesmerized by his portfolio.
You may recognize his work from the pages of Domino (among countless other magazines) and many of these images have made the rounds on blogs- one look and you can understand why! Here’s a fun fact: Sara Ruffin Costello, former creative director of Domino, is Paul’s wife. So jealous of their children’s creative gene pool!
Another interesting tidbit I picked up while on Paul’s site is that he is collaborating with Miles Redd on a book! I did a little research and it looks like the book will be titled Big Book of Chic and will be released in September 2012. That is one tome I will definitely be pre-ordering!
Ohhh I think I am going to have to preorder this book, too! I am in love with Paul’s portfolio. I truly think I will be pinning every single image here.
I absolutely love all these vignettes. He really is fabulous – and if he and Redd are collaborating, it’s going to be fantastic! I cannot wait.
