I’ve noticed a color trend in my recent purchases… they’re all red hot! It started with a massive Egyptian revival necklace that I cant wait to pair with a simple white button down. Then I found these tribal printed smoking slippers piped with cherry red trim on super sale at Nordstroms.
Of course I couldn’t pass up this pretty little pin dish which I plan to use as a catchall on my desk. Finally, I added some pops of color to my fall make-up line up. Nars Heat Wave for when I’m brave enough to attempt a red lip and Essie’s Red Nouveau for everyday nails.
Do you ever find yourself buying things in the same hue?

I totally do this. Last spring I went on a kelly green binge for a few weeks that was followed by a pink spree.
