My mom is visiting in a few weeks and while she’s here we’ll be spending an evening at the Washington International Horse Show for the high jump competition. Truth be told, my mom is the horse lover in the family but that doesn’t mean I can’t appreciate equestrian inspired accents.
For example, last night I spent the better part of an hour admiring Jennifer Meyers’ horse photography in her etsy shop, Apples and Oats. I’ll leave the riding to my mom, but I can certainly appreciate the beauty of the animals and wouldn’t mind incorporating a few of the pieces above into my home and wardrobe.

I love that office space – equestrian-inspired decor tends to be rather serious (“this is my study where I drink bourbon” series) but this space is so light and fun. Just bought that J.Crew jacket – looks like I’m on-trend!
