Full disclosure, I’m about to do (in my opinion) one of the most annoying things a blogger can do. I have something in the works that I’m super excited about but–you guessed it–I can’t share everything just yet. Blah, blah, the worst I know. I guess this series is called “Bits & Pieces” though and not “The Full Story” so maybe you’ll give me a little leeway!
Anyway, if you follow me on Instagram (@thepursuitofstyle in case you’d like to) you may remember these vases. My mom was visiting last weekend and we did some antiquing. I spotted these beauties in a store in Annapolis and it was love at first sight. One of those moments when you’re terrified to look at the price tag because you know you can’t possibly leave without buying said item.
Have you ever seen anything like this color? I’m obsessed. Totally puts my little collection of blue and white to shame. The swan handles and whimsical geckos are the icing on the cake. Conversation pieces for sure and one of my favorite vintage finds to date.
Can’t wait to share more about the project these are a part of. Thanks in advance for tolerating my teaser!

OMG please share. The suspense is killing me!
I know, me too! I’m not good with secrets!
I must say that the color is refreshing – I would love to see it in green – and yes – can we get the second installment soon?
Green would be beautiful. I picked up another piece you might just like. xx
Where oh where can I find these pieces???? I want. I need. I must!
And, yes I agree… please share! When can you announce anything?
Annapolis is a treasure trove of antique stores! Hopefully I’ll be able to share within the next few weeks. I’m dying to share! xx
cant wait to see what the big secret is! loving those pieces! happy monday! x
Thanks, Emily. Happy Monday!
I need more details than this!!! I’m going to be in suspense until you share!
Details!! Details!! I’m on the edge of my seat!
I can’t wait for more more more! Beautiful is exactly what comes to mind!
Can’t wait to see more! I am envying those vases! The geckos are too cute and that color is absolutely gorgeous. Great find!
Reminds me of Johnson Brothers Elizabeth china in Mulberry. Hard to find, but it is beautiful.
