Can’t you just picture The Naturalist reading Osa Johnson’s I Married Adventure on the metro and daydreaming about an African safari? Maybe it’s my own naturalist tendencies, but this was one of my favorite gift guides to put together.

I really hope this iPhone case (save up to 25% today!) ends up in my stocking and I’m kind of in disbelief that this necklace is only $28! I’d love to use these lamps in a project and would totally buy these just for the packaging (tip: buy the set and split them up for hostess gifts/stocking stuffers).

To help you hunt I’ve broken down some gifts by kingdom:

I definitely underestimated how exhausting taking charge of our entire Thanksgiving meal would be (how did you do it all these years, mom?!) so this morning you can find me in my pjs crossing off everyone on my holiday shopping list with the click of a mouse. Ahh the glory of the internet.

The downside to shopping online is that the sales can be super overwhelming. If you’re in need of a game plan, here are my suggestions on where to start…

THE DEAL: save 30% off purchase

MY TWO CENTS: I call it J.Crack for a reason. These shoes are insanely great. Take the opportunity to stock up on cashmere if you’re a one for me, one for you type of shopper (no judgment, I am too!)

THE DEAL: save 50% off entire purchase

MY TWO CENTS: Not one of my usual haunts, but 50% off is amazing! Check out their jewelry and cold weather accessories.

THE DEAL: save 15% when you spend $250, save 20% when you spend $500, and save 25% when you spend $1000

MY TWO CENTS: If you haven’t visited Shopbop’s new men’s site it’s pretty much a one stop shop for your boyfriends, brothers, husbands etc. Who can resist a guy in cableknit? Not I.

Shopbop is always a good idea. Buy this for any female on your list and prepare to become their new favorite. Buy this for me and you’ll be my favorite (I kid, I kid.)

THE DEAL: Save $15 off $75, $25 off $100 and $50 off $150 and enjoy free shipping*

MY TWO CENTS: UO is one of my not-so-secret go-tos for affordable furniture and decor. This mirror and this side table are SO good!

The Pursuit of Style

Before I pull on this shirt (a cheeky reminder to anyone with comments about my cooking today!) and get my bird in the oven, I wanted to take a minute to say thank you.

Thank you for taking time out of your busy day to stop by and read what’s on my mind. Thank you for your words of encouragement and thoughtful notes–they mean more than you know. Thank you for inspiring me.

Cheers to a wonderful day filled with friends and family! Keep your fingers crossed for me that all goes well and I don’t have to remind anyone of my shirt’s slogan.

Roztayger Joshi Wrap | The Pursuit of Style

Today is one of the busiest travel days of the entire year and I’m willing to bet that many of you are spending more time than you’d like in an airport (especially with the unfortunate timing of this storm!) I’ve said it before and you all seemed to agree, but travel today is definitely not the glamorous activity of years gone by.

We may all be standing around in our socks on dirty linoleum floors, but I still refuse to go down the slippery slope of super casual travel attire (i.e sweatpants). Thankfully, Roztayger recently expanded their already amazing offerings (hello, gorgeous!) to include travel + life essentials.

I gave these cashmere wraps a test run, and if being wrapped in a cloud of cashmere sounds enticing to you, you’re going to want to check them out! Not only are they supremely soft, they’re also huge which means they can easily transition from scarf to shawl to blanket depending on your needs–huge plus for traveling!

As with all of Roztayger’s carefully selected lines, it’s the quality and attention to detail set them above the rest. The pom pom tassels on these wraps quickly won me over and add a playful element to an otherwise basic wardrobe staple.

From what I’ve gathered, gifts for mother-in-laws are always difficult to source. Well let me tell ya, wrap one of these up to gift and you’ll skyrocket to the top of her (or anyone else for that matter) favorites list!

PSST: Use code BLACK15 Friday, November 29 – December 3 for 15% sitewide!

Safe travels!!

The next gift guide is a personality I’m all too familiar with: The Decorator. I could gush about each and every item in this round up and would be excited if any of them ended up in my pile under the tree.

For The Decorator, it’s the details that delight. A pair of pillow covers in her favorite fabric (I’ll take anything John Robshaw, please!), an interesting frame to add to a vignette, or perhaps a new piece for her collection.

If Madeline Weinrib rugs and Scalamandre wallpaper are on her someday list, you’ll score serious bonus points for gifting this this or a set of these.

Delightful Details:
