When asked to name my favorite designers and decorators I’ll happily rattle off a long list; some living, most (sadly) departed. Peter Dunham is always in the top five of that list.
His laid back, California eclectic vibe is often imitated, but never replicated. He manages to successfully straddle the line between bohemia and sophistication–simultaneously elevating the boho and tempering down the sophisticated. The results are the kind of effortless, well-appointed interiors I find myself studying.
Peter recently downsized into a 550 square foot apartment in Los Angeles and though it might be diminutive in size, it’s big on charm and chic. The cheerful pink walls serve as an unexpected backdrop to Peter’s art collection, and as always, his signature textiles steal the show.
