PARKER&RAIN

Have you been introduced to Parker&Rain? Their patterned lucite trays are my latest decor crush. I’m a big proponent of using trays in places that tend to accumulate clutter. Functional and chic!

It’s hard picking a favorite, so I narrowed my choices down to the above three. Here’s how I’d use them…

Chevron in shades of pink to corral perfume and jewelry in my bedroom, green chinoiserie for my bar, and ridiculously amazing marble swirls for my living room. I think the marble would pair particularly nicely with my new couch!

Which is your favorite?

BRIMFIELD SNAPSHOTS

Yesterday my parents made a day trip to the famous Brimfield Antique Show in Brimfield, MA. Knowing I was completely jealous, my mom snapped lots of pictures and texted me throughout the day. I just about died when I opened the photo of the faux bamboo lucite chairs. Wouldn’t they look amazing with hot pink seat cushions? If you’re in the area definitely stop by and take some pictures to make us all jealous. Make sure you bring your stamina because the booths strech for milesss!
P.S those pillow covers in the first photo are the only thing my mom brought home. Her restraint is epic, right? I’d probably need a Uhaul!

FOR THE LOVE OF LUCITE CONTINUED..

Do you remember the lucite coffee table I found on craigslist last week? Well, at 9am last Saturday I pretty much jumped out of bed and was on the road ready to load up my trunk, that table was going to be mine!
I thought I’d share a picture with her all cleaned up because I know the craigslist picture I previously posted left a little something to be desired. It’s all about seeing the potential though right?

What do you think? Was my $85.00 well spent?
Have a GREAT weekend!

FOR THE LOVE OF LUCITE

Pretty pretty please let this lucite coffee table found on craigslist be mine! Sadly, at $85 I’m sure someone has already scooped it up. I mean, who wouldn’t when there are so many beautiful rooms featuring lucite out there?!
UPDATE: It was still available!! I got the table woohoo!

Domino

Keep your fingers crossed one will be making an appearance in my living room soon!
P.S in answer to your questions about my inspiration board:
The corkboard is actually a Marshall’s find. I just loved the shape of the frame!
The necklace on there is actually a U.S bicentennial medallion. I love our country and the medallion reminds me each day to be thankful for it and for our troops that keep us safe.
Have A Great Weekend!
