To me, summer is about getting in as much beach and pool time as possible. Over the years I’ve perfected my grab-and-go beach day essentials.

 Aside from the standard: bag, bikini, sunglasses, and towel, storage is key. These neon zippered totes are perfect for keeping my tech accessories safe from the sand and the Rebecca Minkoff case will keep my sunglasses scratch free.

Finally, sunscreen and a great read are always the most important items in my  bag. I’m currently reading Lessons of a Lipstick Queen by Poppy King, but would love a few more titles to add to my reading list. Any suggestions?

JUST A FEW THINGS..

I don’t actually need anything for my upcoming birthday (24 eek!) but I certainly wouldn’t mind if any of these found their way to me… To be honest though, I’ll be perfectly content with a day or two at the beach, dinner at my favorite restaurant, lobstering with my Uncle and spending time with old friends and family. Can Wednesday come more quickly please?!
