Hexagon Side Table | Crisscross Cuff
I’ve always been pleasantly surprised by Urban Outfitter’s home offerings. I’ve posted about this rug before (still love those colors!) and think this pillow is a great twist on traditional ikat which has become somewhat ubiquitous as of late.
The real jaw-dropper though is that hexagon side table you see above. The geometric gold frame is classic and looks much pricier than its mere $99 price tag. As a renter I’m not yet at the place where it makes sense to splurge on my dream pieces–who knows if they’ll fit in our next home–but that doesn’t mean I’m willing to compromise on style.
This little table is far from a compromise! I’d put it next to a chair as occasional table in our current apartment and can easily envision using it as a nightstand in a small guest bedroom when we transition to our first home.
When I caught myself lingering over the architectural lines of this gold cuff I couldn’t help but be reminded of the side table. Isn’t it funny how closely our tastes in fashion and interiors are linked?

Just a few things that have caught my eye lately…
A gorgeous rug that I’d consider for my living room if it were just a little bit bigger. An updated take on the Union Jack that would be the perfect addition to my bar. Pretty patterned notebooks, 2 for only $12! Minty green leopard– yes, please! The mouse ballet flats I’ve coveted for at least 3 seasons now are now in available in hot pink. Time to pull the trigger? I think yes!
It seems like nautical is always on trend for spring and I’m definitely not complaining. Here a few things that have been catching my eye and making their way on to my wish list. The scarf is already en route to me and I can’t wait to pair it with one of my Breton striped tees. Who else is ready for spring?!

Did you know you can now have a custom built bicycle
made at Urban Outfitters?! I’ve been a little obsessed with bicycles lately and really want my own little beach cruiser to ride around Capitol Hill. Not quite the beach, but I still think it’d be fun!
Urban Outfitters has already thought through all the essential details because this little basket
would be perfect for toting flowers home from Eastern Market!
I’m a marketer’s dream right? So easily sold. Sigh…
